Yes — your card is charged at checkout to lock in launch pricing. We'll email you the moment your order ships.

When will pre-orders ship?

Ship windows are listed on each pre-order product page. If we hit a delay, we'll email you with an updated estimate before shipping.

Do you ship outside Canada?

We ship across Canada by default. U.S. orders are available on request — email redlinealertsystems@gmail.com for a quote.

What's your return policy?
