Processing time: Orders for in-stock items ship within 1–2 business days. Pre-order items ship within the window listed on the product page.

 

Shipping rates and times: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected service. Standard ground shipping in Canada typically arrives within 3–7 business days; expedited options are available.

 

Order tracking: You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships.

 

Delays: Severe weather, carrier disruptions, or unusually high volume may extend delivery times. We'll notify you if anything significant changes after your order is placed.
